Montessori Registration, Tuition, Fees, & Daily Schedule

The non-refundable annual registration fee of $200 is due when we receive your application, which you can pick up at the school. The registration fee is required to hold your child's place in his or her classroom. The first tuition payment is due on or before your child's first day. After then, monthly tuition is due on the first of the month. Please contact us directly for more information about our bi-monthly payment option.

Part-Time Tuition

If you would like to have your child attend CMS VA part-time, please let us know. The monthly tuition for five half-days or three full days per week is $825.

Multiple-Child Tuition Discount

For families with more than one child attending CMS VA, we offer a discount on the monthly tuition. The cost for each child after the first one is $75/month less than our standard monthly tuition.

Materials & Book Fee

We require an annual material and book fee to cover costs for students in our elementary program. It is $160.

12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.	Nap Time (Toddler & Pre-Primary)
12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.	Spanish (Kindergarten & Elementary)
2:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.	Circle Time & Closure of the Day
3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.*	Departure of Students/Daycare

*There is a $2.00 per minute charge if your child is not picked up by 6:00 p.m.

If the school must evacuate, students will be taken to Rosemont Elementary per the emergency evacuation plan.
